Our Track Record
Tech Industry - Our Largest Project
Since 2024 NowNation has been involved in Implementing ServiceNow HRSD for a High Tech customer with over 45.000 employees. This involves implementing complex onboarding and offboarding procedures to facilitate the fast pace of this Dutch customer. NowNation is involved in ServiceNow DevOps working in HRSD, OT, Data Governance and Data Analysis.
Retail - Two Enterprise Level Projects
Since 2023 we are collaborating in implementing ServiceNow CSM at a multinational active in FMCG. Our architects have succesfully helped to implement CSM in a very large and challenging environment with complex integrations, stakeholders and international teams. In 2025 a second retail project came our way. Here we are contributing to implement ServiceNow CSM as well.
Government - Our Integrations
We work for the ministry of foreign affairs in the Netherlands to develop and maintain the integrations between the multiple platforms they use. This includes stakeholder management, testing and involvment in every step of this ongoing process. We are mainly responsible for the ServiceNow side of the integration. Where we focus to keep the Incident and Requirement process integrated.
Telecom
For one of the largest European Telecom providers, our Co-Founder has worked to architect ServiceNow from scratch. Making sure the service delivery of this Telecom provider is always functioning and architected in line with best practices as prescribed by ServiceNow.
