We help you to explore the Now Platform and we make sure you become a strong Technical Consultant. You will help customers with improving their IT Service Management and make sure Best Practices in ServiceNow are followed as much as possible. Eventually it's all about to make organizations as efficient as possible so people can focus on the tasks that truely matter.

What you do
As a Junior Technical ServiceNow Consultant you are primarily with us to learn.
- Follow courses to learn about ServiceNow and IT Service Delivery
- Do exams to become a Certified ServiceNow Consultant
- Gain hands on experience on working with the Now Platform
- Configure and use JavaScript in ServiceNow
- Learn about working Agile and work in an Agile environment
You work with clients and teams to implement, customize and optimize ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensuring the Now platform aligns with the customer needs
- Assist in the implemenation and configuration of ServiceNow modules
- Customize workflows, forms and user interfaces to meet client needs
- Collaborate with other consultants and project managers to understand client requirements
and translate them in to ServiceNow solutions - Perform basic scripting tasks using JavaScript and ServiceNow's Glide APIs
- Perform testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations to ensure optimal performance
- Assist in data migration and integration tasks with third-party systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow platform functionality
- Monitor and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
- Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or similar level of thinking
- Dutch and English
- Ability to travel daily to our office in Capelle aan den IJssel
- 0-2 years of experience with ServiceNow or a similar platform
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks is a plus
- Basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn

- Base salary range: €2500,- to €2800,-
